The Institute for Teaching and Learning (ITL) at the University of Connecticut is seeking a Media Producer I to join its Instructional and Design and Development unit (IDD) in supporting undergraduate instructional programs at the University of Connecticut.  The primary role of the position is to support ITL and IDD through the creation and maintenance of digital content, learning modules and web pages/sites.

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in media or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant training and experience and at least one year experience in an area of media specialization; experience designing and producing graphics and digital content; excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to interact constructively with production team members and clients and manage projects within specified timeframes; as well as demonstrated knowledge of media technology and curriculum development in a University setting.

Preferred Qualifications:  experience supporting face-to-face, blended and online courses; experience with Course management Systems (WebCT, BlackBoard, etc); experience creating instructional material that meets design accessibility standards for web-based content as well as ADA & Universal Design standards.
 
This is a full-time, end-date position subject to annual renewal with a starting salary of $44,471.  For additional information please to go to website: http://itl.uconn.edu.
