CALAHE Competitive Scholarship
Am I Eligible?
✔ High School Senior/GED equivalent or Undergraduate College Student
✔ Latinx student from Connecticut
✔ Demonstrated Financial Need
✔ Accepted to or attending an accredited institution of higher education
✔ A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or greater for all completed course work at the time of application.
✔ Applicants must attend full time and be seeking their first undergraduate degree.
✔ Demonstrated community service within the Latinx community.

✔ Undocumented/DACA students must submit the Verification of Financial Need form
✔ Application must be postmarked by: June 24, 2022. The preferred method of submission is via CALAHE’s email at [email protected] Please note, applicants are required to submit all necessary documents listed in the scholarship prior to the deadline in order for it to be reviewed by the committee.
Note:
All Scholarship Recipients must attend the scholarship reception, the date and location to be determined. Students who do not, or cannot attend the reception will forfeit their award. This scholarship is renewable for one year only, recipients must reapply.
